In the case of extenuating circumstances requiring an unusually long absence from school and/or online classes, the grades should be assigned as it stands and the student should suspend studies until the difficulty causing the delay no longer effects academic progress. The affected course/s will need to be retaken. Students who need to suspend studies must accomplish this form.

    Step 1: Write a letter address to the Academic Dean stating your situation or an explanation of why you need to suspend your studies. Indicate the estimated period of study leave and when (year and semester) you intend to resume your studies. Have this letter ready to be uploaded.

    Step 2: Email the letter to the Academic Dean, ISG Leader, all course-faculty, registrar (, and scholarship ( [if you are an IGSL scholar].
