This online processing of class extension request involves a processing fee of 300 pesos per course, thus making it official.

The student should email the course-faculty to request for a class extension, including the following information: 1) state the reason for class extension; 2: the agreed date of submission.

The Registrar (registrar@igsl.asia) and ISG Leader must be CC (carbon copy) in the email. This should be done as soon as the student knows an extension is needed. The last day of class is the deadline for filing class extension. Refer to page 29 of Student Handbook for further clarifications about Extension of Coursework.
