To add or drop courses, students must first inform and obtain approval of all concerned personnel (course-faculty,
    ISG Leader, Registrar [registrar@igsl.asia], and Scholarship Coordinator for IGSL scholars only [thuculak@igsl.asia])
    thru an email stating the reason concisely. Then the Registrar will prompt the student to go through this online process.

    Fee is 500 per course effective Semester 2 of Academic Year 2021-2022.

    Adding & Dropping of courses will disturb your Program Plan thus adjustment is necessary. Program Planning, Pre-registration Validation,
    and Final Enrollment are scheduled to prevent complications on fulfilling curriculum requirements. Be reminded also that courses are offered on a particular semester alone. This means that if you missed a course in a semester, it can only be retaken the following year, same semester.

    Students may drop a class and receive partial refund of the fees they paid if no more than 20% of the class hours have passed. After that time,
    students may withdraw from the class and be issued a transcript indicating whether they were passing or failing the class at the point of withdrawal. After 80% of the class has transpired, withdrawal will no longer be possible and a letter grade will be put on the student's transcript at the end of the term.
